Login and Signup Help?

Open Biomentors App\website. Biomentors App opens directly to the Login page.
Click on the OTP option Enter your registered Mobile no 
Click on Get OTP
You will receive a 4 digit OTP via Text message
Enter 4 digit OTP
You have successfully logged in to the Biomentors APP via OTP Login

on the website click on the Login/Sign up button to go to the Login page, Biomentors Appopens directly to the Login page
Click on the ‘Create New Account’ Link below the Login Form to Sign Up for a Biomentors Account. 
Enter your Mobile number or email id and agree to our Privacy Policy and click on Create Account
click on get OTP. you will receive a 4 digit OTP on the provided mobile number/email id
Enter OTP in the field that appears and click on the verify OTP
Set your password twice to confirm that you're entering the correct password and submit
You have successfully signed up in the Biomentors app with a new account

Open Biomentors App\website. Biomentors App opens directly to the Login page.

If you have created an account on Biomentors using your Mobile number and password Enter your Mobile no  and your Password in the spaces provided and click on Login to log in.

You have successfully logged in to the Biomentors APP via mobile number

Open Biomentors App\website. Biomentors App opens directly to the Login page.
If you have registered using a Gmail(Google) account, you can log in via Gmail You will get pop up of Gmail account 
Select your registered Gmail Account to log in
You have successfully logged in to the Biomentors APP via Gmail Account

1. You can Log out of the Website / App, whenever you want or whenever you need to update data on the website or if requested by the Biomentors Support Team.
2. To Log out on the Website / App, click on your Profile Picture at the top right corner and select Log Out.

1. On the Website click on the menu (≡) button and click the Login / Sign Up to go to the Login Page, Biomentors App opens directly to the Login page.
2. Click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ The link below the Login Form to Request for a Password Reset Link 
3. Enter your registered Email Id/mobile number. 
4. You will receive OTP on the provided email id /contact number to reset your password 
5. You can now Log in using the new Password to your Biomentors Account.
6. If you have already created an account on Biomentors, check the video on how to Log In to Biomentors, or if you have not yet created an account on Biomentors, check the video on how to Sign Up to Biomentors.

You have the option to delete your Biomentors account through the Biomentors Android App.

To initiate the deletion process, please follow these steps:

Log in to the Biomentors Android App.

Navigate to the "My Profile" section.

Click on the Settings icon located at the top right.

Choose the "Delete Account" option.

Review the account deletion policy and click on the request button.

Important: Once you request to delete your account, a 30-day buffer period will commence. You can cancel the deletion request during this buffer time. After the buffer time expires, your Biomentors account will be permanently deleted, and any purchases made on Biomentors will be lost. This action is irreversible, so please ensure everything is in order before proceeding with the deletion request for your Biomentors account.
