Biomentors Online : Get help with purchase the package.

1. When you Register for the first time, you need to Fill out a ‘Profile Verification Form’ with your valid details to enable you to buy a package and access all our Facilities.
2. The details you need to enter are as follows:    
- Your Full Name (exactly as on your Xth Std. Marksheet - no changes or shortcuts allowed)    
- Your Country of Residence    
- If you reside in India, you need to verify your Mobile Number (you receive updates from us on the number provided).    
- To Verify your Number, enter your 10 Digit Mobile Number and click on verify         -- You will receive a 4 Digit OTP, enter it in the field provided.         -- If you have not received the OTP, make sure that you have entered the correct Mobile Number or click on the resend OTP Link.         -- Once Your Mobile Number is Verified, the popup will close and you will be back on the Form.    
- Your Full Address, a minimum of 30 letters are required for a complete address (Bungalow / Flat/building No., Locality, City, State, and Pincode).    
- You need to upload a clear Passport size Photo with a plain background as you give in the Neet exam.    
- Enter your Date of Birth in DD/MM/YYYY format.     - Upload a proper clear photo of your 10th Marksheet. All the fields should be readable clearly     - Select your gender (Male, Female, Other)     - Select the batch in which you want to give Neet exam (2020 or 2021)        
- Select the option in which you are currently studying (School, College, Repeater, Others)    
- Mention the Latest institution’s name in which you have studied (School / College / Self Study) in Institution Name.    
- Mention the name of your Father, Mother, or Guardian with whomever you are staying in Guardian’s Name.    
- Mention the contact number of the above-mentioned Guardian.    
- Click on Submit.
3. After clicking Submit, a pop-up must appear. The popup means that your Verification is under process! The Biomentors Team will verify your Profile and It may take up to 48 hours, so kindly have patience.

1. Package can be purchase from the website and the application. 2. Go to Menu (≡) in the website/app and click on the Buy/Extend Package page link. 3. Select the option ‘Prime’ or 'Prime+' only if you want to buy it (it is not compulsory to buy prime or prime+) 4. Then click on purchase package . 5. It will move to a page were you will find 2 payment gateways CCAvenue and PayTM, click on any one payment gateway. 6. Both options have options to select pay through Credit card, Debit card (Atm Card), Paytm, Net banking, Multiple Wallets and UPI 7. Enter the details as required as per the option you have selected to do the payment 8. Once you have successfully completed the payment process, your package will be activated immediately. In case of issues, contact the Support Team.

1. If you have paytm wallet enter your phone number there and click on proceed  2. Enter the otp that has been sent to your registered mobile number  3. You will get the balance amount in the paytm wallet click on pay and your package will be successful.

1. Select Credit Card / Debit Card 2. Enter the card number  3. Enter the 3 digit cvv number (you will find it on the back of the card). 4. Then you will receive an OTP on the number that you have registered with your bank, kindly enter it. 5. Click on the pay button  6. And the amount will be deducted from the bank and your payment will be successful. 7. In any case if you don’t receive an OTP kindly contact your bank for the issue.

1. Select the bank that you have your account  2. It will redirect you to the webpage of the bank  3. Enter the Username and Password there, provided to you by your bank. 4. Enter the OTP that you have received on your registered mobile number with the bank. 5. Once your OTP is verified, it will redirect you back to our website and your transaction will be done.
